I tried to recall
exactly how I got out of the habit of eating it; maybe because I was spoiled by
how easily we came by it down in Florida (where I once lived for a good many
years.)

Maybe because I suspected all of the stuff around here was
inferior. Whatever the reason, it’s been long enough now that I can no longer
snobbishly argue the difference, and what we’ve been eating lately is truly delicious!
Maybe next, we’ll get started on crab legs!
