Hello? Who's this?

Jesus Calling by Sarah Young

What if Jesus could pick up the phone and call you? What would He say? Jesus Calling is a daily devotional like nothing I’ve read before. Each message feels like a personal phone call from our Lord. Each page reaches into a place that is desert thirsty for encouragement, a healing touch, a kind word, a renewed promise, just when I need it most, meeting whatever presses me that day. The messages get me thinking about what the Lord wants to show me in each situation He takes me through.
It feels like my best friend has put His arm around my shoulder. Life becomes a journey alongside Him and no matter what I go through, He's there. And He will be there again tomorrow. As I read Jesus Calling, I fall in love with Jesus all over again.
Each page contains a daily message and references to inspire daily bible reading. If you enjoy devotionals or even if you have never tried them, I wholeheartedly recommend Jesus Calling.
You’ll be glad you took His call.

You've sparked my interest, Julie. Though I have several devotionals on my book shelf, I've never found one that grabbed hold and made me want to read more. Your "review" is refreshing. I'm going to check out the book. NG

I really hope you find it NG. (Thomas Neslon) It's the kind of book you want to buy a case of to hand out to loved ones, because it so moved me.
But then again, I'm always on the look out for the unusual even if it is underappreciated. Or better yet, become a TN blogger/reviewer and get your copy free!

I read the daily "Beauty Within" that you sent me first thing every morning while turning on my computer. I never miss a day! I like that one so much I can't wait to get into this one!

The book sounds good but I really wanted to respond to your comments on Q's Under/over/out-- hang in there.
