A much more intense dietary regimen began when someone’s triglyceride level went to 428. The two biggest offenders of low cholesterol, butter and chocolate, had to go. In an effort to purify the blood and reduce cholesterol, juice books came out of hiding. Carrots, beets, apples and ginger were chopped and stuffed in to the hopper of the mighty pulverizer. On the other end, pink-orange liquid dripped through a strainer and was drunk every morning. This went on with out complaint for several days.
Some recipes had names with pizzazz: Ginger Hopper, Pineapple Cocktail, Cherie’s Famous Lemonade, Tropical Squeeze. So far a tolerated ‘favorite’ was Ginger Hopper, a blood cleansing , cholesterol vacuuming miracle beverage. After a few days run with it, however, it was my idea to try the
Chlorophyll Cocktail. It doesn’t even sound good. It sounds more like a science experiment for breakfast. ..

the deal is if he can drink it down in less than a minute, he'd rather do that than eat the veggies. Yes, a few times a week.
